Refreshing Recipe - Golden Mango Sushi



Summer Mango Maki Sushi ( Serves One )

Ingredients : 

Nori Sheet                                                                  01 no.
Gohan Rice                                                                80 gms
Sushi Vinegar                                                             30 ml.
Sugar                                                                          10 gm.
Salt                                                                              a pinch
Wasabi                                                                        10 gms.
Japanese Mayonnaise( laced with mango puree)    05 gms
Fresh Alphonso Mango Julienne                              50 gms.
Kikkoman Soy                                                           10 ml.
Garishoga                                                                   10 gms.

Directions :

Spread the nori sheet on the bamboo mat. Press and flatten the rice cooked with the sugar and salt and then vinegared. Apply and line the wasabi and the mayo and then line the mango strips on top of that. Roll all together and cut to equal sized maki. Serve with soy and gari.
