White Prawns( Shelled, De veined & Minced) 250 gms
Fresh Red Chillies (Deseeded and Chopped) 08 gms
Fresh Cilantro Chopped 04 gms
Egg White( Beaten Lightly ) 01 egg
Salt & White Pepper Powder to taste
Kafir Lemon Leaf Chopped a pinch
Galangal Chopped 04 gms
Scallions Chopped 04 gms
Refined Oil to bast and grill
Lemon Grass Stalks( cut into 02 inch length) 16 pcs.
Mix all the ingredients together. Divide into equal parts. Use the lemon grass stalks as a skewer for each. Grill on a hot plate or barbecue.
