Ingredients
Sweet Corn Kernels 400
gms
Chopped Lemon Grass 01
table spoon
Corn Flour 02
table spoon
Chopped Spring Onion 01
table spoon
Chopped Holy Basil 01
table spoon
Chopped Fresh Red
Chilli ( Deseeded) 01
tea spoon
Salt to
taste
Refined Oil to
grill
Preparation
- Drain at pat dry the kernels.
- Mash the soft sweet corn kernels with the back of a spoon or lightly in a blender till coarse.
- Mix all the other ingredients together except the oil.
- Divide into small roundels.
- Flatten and grill them on a non stick pan till crispy from the outside.
- Serve hot accompanied with thai sweet-chilli sauce.
