Refreshing Recipe - Oriental Bowl






Oriental Bowl ( Serves 04 )

Ingredients

White Fungus ( Cleaned and Soaked )                   60 gms           
Exotic Oriental Veggies ( Sliced )                          100 gms
Vegetable Stock                                                      500 ml
Kafir Lime Leaf                                                        02 nos
Galangal ( Sliced)                                                     08 gms
Shallots( Sliced)                                                        20 gms
Black Peppercorn ( Crushed )                                  a generous pinch
Salt                                                                             to taste

Preparation 

Add all the ingredients to the vegetable stock and simmer for 08-10 minutes. 
Remove the scum that may appear on the top. 
Serve immediately.
